Millennium Park Sundial
Special thanks to Terry Cunningham for drawing this dial to my attention and for above photo

Modern sundial at Millennium Park

The above photo is of a modern brass sundial by Haddonstone, similar to the dial at the Millennium Park. The motto on the dial reads "Make time, save time while time lasts. All time is no time when time is past."

The Lismore Millennium Park is situated in the centre of the town and hosts a number of interesting features including walkways, an ice house, a bridge and waterfall, a gazebo, an obelisk and a sundial.
The plaque on the dial plinth reads "Presented To The People Of Lismore By Lismore Foróige Club To Commemorate The Jubilee Year Of Foróige 1952-2002"
Foróige is a national youth organisation that caters for young people between the ages of 12 and 18.

Lismore is situated in west County Waterford, 75km from Waterford City on the N72 road.
